Za L-casrnitine na "Nutrim" mi kazaha 4e e strashen.Az smiatam kogato 4ista da zimam ot nego + aminoacid:) Za matrix1 - Vzimai vuglehidraten predi da trenirash.! supena lujica raztvorena vuv voda ili mliako. Sled trenirovka - survata4en ili obiknoven beltu4en - doziravkata e sushtata. Vitamin "e" e hubavo da priemash v po-golemi koli4estva i "b12".Hrami se po 7-8 puti na den i pii mnogo voda. Tova se ravniava na edna 4aena lujica.Vzimash 5 grama predi zakuska,5gr predi obiad , 5 gr predi ve4eria i 5 gr predi da si legnesh. Cialoto tova trae 5 dena. Sled koeto vlizash v "poddurjashta" doza - 5 gr na den L-Glutamine se vzima sled trenirovka i predi liagane po 5 gr. Samo v dni na trenirovka mojesh da go priemash. Aminoacid --- vzimai 3 tabletki sled trenirovka i tri predi liagane:) Cialata dieta mojesh da e produljish 2 meseca. Аз само за две седмици взимане и го усетих много добре, явно досега не съм бил на ниво за възможностите си не знам, след като на скрипеца за гръб днеска дърпах 100 кила 8 пъти без проблем, като досега с мъка дърпах 85. james_ankov, да не си се наситил на него и вече за това да не усещаш разлика, все пак се стига до едно плато в растежа за по-дълго време, независимо какво взимаш, да не си уцелил това плато, или пък не си го взимал както трябва?
