Praskai iako L-carnitine na "Nutrim" + Aminoacid pak na "nutrim" (ima edni mnogo hubavi survata4ni aminoacid, vzemi si ot tiah) A otnosno trenirovkite pak ti predlagam da ti namalish do 3-4 v sedmicata , a kogato po4ivash moje da ti4ash ili da karash kolelo.
