Problem s Zone Alarm i F-prot

Na Laptopa sam slojil Zone Alarm Pro 4.0.146.029 i F-prot 3.14b.

Ako pri vklu4en Real Time Protector na F-Prot i rabote6t ZA startiram Windows Explorera i se razgledam po HDDto WinXP SP1 me nagrajdava sas siniq ekran na smyrta Lo6o, no osven tova ne mi dava vreme dori da pro4eta kade e problema- vednaga restartira. Sled nqkolko umi6leni manipulacii uspqh da raz4eta 4e problema e ot True vector engine na ZA. Ako oba4e izklu4a Real time protectora na F-prot nqmam problemi.

Pusnah edno mail4e na suporta na F-prot, no taka i ne mi otgovoriha.

Edit: zabravih da kaja, 4e f-prot go update-vam redovno i virusi do sega ne sam imal

Типичен отговор на Microsoft, както и на други подобни софтуерни компании. Дори те не могат да ти кажат каде е проблема разбира се.

Аз преди бях с една стара версия на ZOneAlarm, и Norton Antivirus 2003. И след десетина минути работа с компа ми се рестартираше ей така, изгасва изведнъж и почва рестарт, дори син екран нямаше. Точно по същия начин активиран Нортъън, и Зонеаларма. Ъпгрейдвах зоне-то до най-новата версия и всико се оправи Незнайно как.

Пробвай да преинсталираш Zonealarm, после ф-прота, ако пак прави проблема. Ако не стане, пробвай нортън антивирус, да видим.
