RELEASE THE NURSES AND THE DOCTOR IMPRISONED IN LIBYA! CALL PETITION FOR THE RELEASE OF THE BULGARIAN NURSES AND THE DOCTOR PALESTINIAN IMPRISONED IN LIBYA. "Christiana, Valia, Valentina, Nazia, Snezhana, Bulgarian nurses, and Ashraf, Palestinian doctor, have been imprisoned for 7 years and incur the death penalty in Libya! Mobilize we to ask for their release! February 9, 1999, five Bulgarian nurses and a Palestinian doctor were stopped and shown to have inoculated the virus of the AIDS to hundreds of children of the paediatric hospital of Bengazi in Libya. At the end of a faked lawsuit where the rights of the defense were violated, following physical and psychological tortures, and whereas eminent Libyan and international specialists (whose professor Luc Montagnier) confirmed that these charges were not founded, the nurses and the doctor were condemned to death. December 25, 2005, the supreme Court of Libya broke their sentence of death sentence but ordered the opening of a new lawsuit, at the end which they can be again condemned to death. In this business, the innocent ones are indicated like goat-emissary by the Libyan government and victims of a political machination whose death penalty, like too often, is the instrument. Moreover, Main Emmanuel Altit, Antoine Alexiev, Mariela Petrova, Ivan Paneff, lawyers at the Bar of Paris and defenders of the nurses, encountered the greatest difficulties of exerting their mission: refusal of visa, prevention to go to Libya, impossibility of reaching the integral copy of the file... Lawyers without borders speaks about a true legal assassination. The international public opinion cannot remain quiet! We call the political leaders, personalities, organizations, lawyers and citizens of Europe, Africa and the whole world to join to us to ask for their release. We request from the Libyan authorities the immediate release of Christiana Malinova Valcheva, Valia Georgieva Cherveniashka, Nasia Stoitcheva Nenova, Valentina Manolova Siropulo, Snezhana Ivanova Dimitrova and Ashraf Ahmad Jum' have and the abolition of the death penalty "
