The successful candidate will have the opportunity to support company`s customers, prioritizing and resolving 2nd line support issues. Perfect English (both spoken and written) is required. Skills required for the role of IT Support Specialist include: * Strong knowledge of Windows Internals; * Familiar with diagnosing and fixing computer problems, such as Malware, Viruses, Trojans, etc.; * Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, Firewall; * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language. The work involves providing phone assistance and helping people to fix their computers remotely. Working on day and night shifts.
